This collaborative workshop series offers your organization the opportunity to refresh evaluation strategy and ensure it's aligned with story you aim to tell. We'll start each workshop with a refresh on evaluation including vision, mission and logic model alignment then move on to developing key evaluation questions and strategy with our final session focusing on tool identification, implementation and data collection. Organizations will also have time during each session to bring their questions to the group, discuss sticking points, and effective evaluation strategy in the field, sharing our collective knowledge, understanding and strengths.
